Ford Custom Garage Bronco ORV Package Bundles FOX Suspension, RIGID Lights, and WELD Wheels for $18,995

Ford has a specific problem to solve with the Bronco accessory market: owners want coordinated trail builds, but sourcing compatible suspension, skid plates, lighting, and wheels separately is time-consuming and fitment is never guaranteed. The Ford Custom Garage Bronco ORV Package is the answer, bundling a curated set of components under a single part number for $18,995 through any Ford dealer.

The hardware list is substantive. Suspension duties fall to an Off-Road Suspension Kit by FOX, paired with Bronco Raptor-sourced skid plates and fuel-tank protection. Rocker-panel trail armor guards the lower body, and a modular front bumper with integrated park aid replaces the factory unit. RIGID auxiliary lighting adds forward throw on trails. An auxiliary switch kit routes power to accessory circuits. Black 17-inch WELD wheels complete the functional side, with Ford recommending 315/70R17 tires sold separately, a choice that lets buyers match rubber to their terrain rather than shipping with a compromised all-purpose fitment. A ProCal calibration tool is included to bring the truck’s systems into alignment with the new suspension and wheel-and-tire combination.

Appearance work runs alongside the hardware. Havoc fender flares accommodate the wider wheel stance, red tow hooks and red grille letter caps break the otherwise blacked-out exterior scheme, and a stealth hood decal plus unique ORV badging identify the build. A blackout graphic wraps the rocker panels.

Ford Custom Garage built the package specifically around this fitment. The Bronco ORV Package is available on select 2025 and 2026 four-door Base, Big Bend, and Outer Banks models. Trim level, camera spec, Lux configuration, and Sasquatch Package status all affect eligibility, so buyers need to confirm fitment with their dealer before ordering. The Bronco Raptor and Badlands are excluded, which makes sense: both already carry hardware that overlaps substantially with what the ORV Package adds, and the Raptor in particular ships from the factory with Fox internal-bypass shocks and factory skid protection.

Installation by a Ford dealer or ASE-certified technician leaves the standard new-vehicle warranty intact. The package adds a supplemental Ford Racing Parts warranty covering three years or 36,000 miles from in-service date. Dealer pricing and installation charges may vary beyond the $18,995 MSRP, and the matte film protection visible in some photography is not included.

The ORV Package fits a broader expansion of Ford’s accessory strategy for the Bronco nameplate. The Bronco Desert Rising edition launched earlier in 2026 at $13,695 as the first entry in the Horizon Series through the same Ford Custom Garage program, built on Outer Banks. The ORV Package takes the concept in a more aggressive functional direction, adding suspension lift, skid-plate coverage, and lighting rather than appearance-focused upgrades. Meanwhile, the Bronco’s broader lineup continues to grow: the 2027 model year added the Filson and RTR series alongside expanded 3.0L EcoBoost availability, and the Filson collaboration pushed the nameplate into mid-$70,000s territory with premium materials and standard Sasquatch hardware. The ORV Package occupies a different segment of the market: a practical trail-build upgrade for buyers who already own a Base, Big Bend, or Outer Banks and want a factory-backed path to more capability without stepping into a full Raptor or Badlands spec.

Bronco recorded 146,007 full-year 2025 deliveries, its strongest since returning to market in 2021, then posted a record second quarter in 2026 with 45,739 units. Ford has not announced how many ORV Package builds are planned, but at $18,995 the package sits well below the cost of trading up a trim level and brings components the lower trims genuinely lack.
