Jeep is launching a Canada-exclusive version of its 470-horsepower Wrangler 392 this fall, adding power-top convenience and maple-leaf styling cues to the HEMI V8 formula. The 2027 Jeep Wrangler Rocky Mountain 392 arrives at select Canadian dealerships in the fourth quarter of 2026 starting at $99,995 CAD, including destination and additional fees.
The Rocky Mountain 392 uses the Wrangler MOAB 392 as its foundation, which means the 6.4-liter HEMI V8 producing 470 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque, 35-inch all-terrain tires on 17-inch beadlock-compatible wheels, and a 4.56 rear axle ratio. The dual-mode exhaust lets the V8 announce itself or settle into cruise mode depending on throttle input.
The Canadian angle shows up in the details. Ruby Red seatbelts nod to the flag. A Rocky Mountain hood decal and red rear door badge mark the exterior. Body-color fenders come standard, as does the Sky One-Touch Power Top, which is the full-length power soft top Jeep charges extra for on U.S. MOAB 392 models. The interior gets black Nappa leather seats with red stitching exclusive to the 392 lineup.
Jeep positions this as part of its Twelve 4 Twelve series, a run of limited-edition Wranglers marking 85 years of the brand’s four-wheel-drive heritage. Trevor Longley, president and CEO of Stellantis Canada, framed the Rocky Mountain 392 as a value play for Canadian buyers who want the V8 Wrangler with features bundled in rather than optioned up.
The Wrangler remains Jeep Canada’s bestselling model and led the Canadian off-road SUV segment in the first quarter of 2026. The V8 version competes in the premium body-on-frame space where the Ford Bronco and Toyota 4Runner set the boundaries. The Wrangler outsold the Bronco in the first half of 2024, moving 77,204 units in the U.S. compared to the Bronco’s 50,152.
The Rocky Mountain 392 will be offered in Bright White, Black, and Granite Crystal Metallic. Canadian buyers looking for the V8 Wrangler with the power top and flag-inspired trim now have a model that bundles those details at the point of sale rather than requiring a trip through the options sheet.
