Ram expands the 2027 1500 lineup with four Rumble Bee muscle truck variants spanning three HEMI V8 powertrains, topped by a supercharged 777-horsepower SRT model that Ram calls the most powerful street-performance production V8 pickup ever built.
The Rumble Bee SRT sits at the top. Power comes from a 6.2-liter supercharged HEMI V8 making 777 hp and 680 lb-ft of torque paired to a TorqueFlite 8HP95 eight-speed automatic. Ram targets a 170 mph top speed, an 11.6-second quarter-mile, and 0-60 mph in 3.4 seconds. The truck arrives in a new Quad Cab configuration with a 5-foot-7-inch bed and a widebody stance, marking the first time Ram has offered that cab-and-bed combination in a widebody package.
Below the SRT sit three additional Rumble Bee variants: a base Rumble Bee, a Rumble Bee 392, and a Rumble Bee 392 Track Pack. The base truck and the 392 both run a 6.4-liter HEMI V8 making 470 hp and 470 lb-ft. The Track Pack adds unspecified hardware aimed at circuit use. Ram has not disclosed pricing for any of the four Rumble Bee models.

The TRX returns for 2027 with an SRT badge for the first time. Ram continues to frame the TRX as the fastest and most powerful production V8 off-road pickup in the world. The truck carries over its 6.2-liter supercharged HEMI V8, though Ram has not republished horsepower or torque figures in the 2027 announcement.
The RHO gains a Popular Equipment Group bundling the 14.5-inch Uconnect 5 reconfigurable touchscreen and a premium 19-speaker Harman Kardon audio system for $2,995. The off-road-focused model also gets a redesigned tailgate badge with a new rhino head motif.
Across the rest of the lineup, Ram has expanded convenience features on volume trims. The Big Horn Crew Cab with Level 2 Equipment Group adds passive entry; the Laramie now includes rain-sensing wipers as standard. Ram’s surround 360-degree camera system becomes standard on Limited, Limited Longhorn, and RHO trims and optional for the first time on Laramie and Rebel Level 1 Equipment Groups. Limited and Limited Longhorn buyers can now delete the RamBox cargo management system to gain maximum bed width.

The Warlock gains a new entry point powered by the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 eTorque mild hybrid, making 305 hp and 269 lb-ft. The configuration starts at $52,865 before a $2,795 destination charge. Ram positions the V6 Warlock as a value option in the brand’s off-road truck family. Tradesman, Black Express, Warlock, and Rebel trims add a new Satin Black Symbol of Protest fender badge; trucks equipped with the Night Edition Package receive the badge to complete a blacked-out look.
The 2027 powertrain roster spans seven engines. The 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 eTorque makes 305 hp and 269 lb-ft; trucks equipped with that engine gain available 2kW onboard power accessible via two 120V outlets in the bed. The 5.7-liter HEMI V8 makes 395 hp and 410 lb-ft of torque, available with or without eTorque hybrid assist. The 3.0-liter Hurricane SO twin-turbo inline-six makes 420 hp and 469 lb-ft; the Hurricane HO makes 540 hp and 521 lb-ft. The 6.4-liter HEMI V8 makes 470 hp and 470 lb-ft. The supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI tops the range at 777 hp and 680 lb-ft.
Maximum towing capacity reaches 11,530 pounds with the Hurricane SO; maximum payload hits 2,340 pounds with the Pentastar V6 eTorque. The supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI tows up to 8,580 pounds and hauls a 1,140-pound payload.
Ram offers the 1500 in 4×2 or 4×4, with Quad Cab or Crew Cab configurations and two bed lengths. The widebody option is now available on both the Quad Cab 5-foot 7-inch bed and the Crew Cab 5-foot 7-inch bed, restricted to 4×4 models. Color offerings expand with the addition of Goldilocks Pearl-Coat and the return of Flame Red Clear-Coat, both late availability, plus increased availability of Tank Clear-Coat across the lineup.
The 2027 Ram 1500 is in dealerships now. Ram builds the truck at the Sterling Heights Assembly Plant and the Saltillo Light-Duty Truck Assembly Plant.
