The 2024 Kawasaki Eliminator sports a sleek, low-profile design that exudes timeless appeal. With a low, comfortable seat and a lightweight chassis, the Eliminator is crafted to be an ideal riding partner for both new and seasoned riders. Power and Performance –
At the heart of the Eliminator is an all-new 451cc parallel-twin engine, derived from the performance-proven Ninja® 400 platform. This engine features a longer stroke to boost displacement and enhance low-end torque, making the bike easy to handle at lower speeds. With large 32mm throttle valves and fine-atomizing injectors, the engine offers smooth, responsive performance. The six-speed transmission ensures a wide range of riding conditions are covered, from city streets to highway cruising.
Advanced Engineering –
Kawasaki’s advanced dynamic rigidity analysis was used in the design of the Eliminator’s lightweight trellis frame, resulting in optimal rigidity with minimal weight. This contributes to the bike’s low overall curb mass and enhances its handling characteristics. The long and low frame design not only keeps the rider’s seat low but also maintains a sporty feel, boosting rider confidence with light, natural handling.
Wheels and Brakes –
The Eliminator features an 18-inch front and 16-inch rear 10-spoke wheels, equipped with large tires (130/70-18 front and 150/80-16 rear) for added stability and a striking appearance. The braking system includes a 310mm semi-floating petal front brake disc and a 220mm rear petal disc, both providing strong, effective stopping power. Select models come with an anti-lock braking system (ABS), ensuring safer braking under various conditions.
Rider Comfort and Ergonomics –
Rider comfort was a key focus in the Eliminator’s design. The low seat height and scooped design provide moderate hip support, while wide, flat rubber-mounted handlebars offer easier bike control and reduced vibration. The footpegs are centrally located and covered in rubber to enhance comfort.
Modern Technology –
The Eliminator is equipped with a modern, compact LCD instrument panel, providing high contrast and excellent readability. The display includes a digital speedometer, tachometer, gear position indicator, fuel gauge, and more. Additionally, the bike features RIDEOLOGY THE APP, which allows riders to connect their smartphone to the motorcycle via Bluetooth®. This app provides access to vehicle info, riding logs, mobile phone notices, and general settings.
The Eliminator SE ABS –
The 2024 lineup also includes the Eliminator SE ABS, a special edition model with unique features such as a distinct color scheme, a compact headlight cowl, fork boots, a USB-C outlet, and a two-pattern seat cover.
