Ford is expanding its popular Bronco Off-Roadeo adventure driving school with a new location in Tennessee, set to open this October. This initiative is geared towards Bronco and Bronco Sport owners and enthusiasts eager to explore the off-road capabilities of these SUVs in a controlled, educational environment.
Located less than an hour south of Knoxville, Tennessee, the new Bronco Off-Roadeo facility spans over 1,000 acres of hilly, forested terrain. This expansive setting, owned by a local family for over 80 years, promises a diverse landscape perfect for off-road adventures. It’s strategically positioned near two of America’s iconic national parks, the Great Smoky Mountains and the Blue Ridge Parkway, offering participants a unique backdrop for their driving experiences.
The Bronco Off-Roadeo experience is designed to cater to all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned off-road enthusiasts. Participants can expect hands-on instruction from expert Trail Guides, who will lead them through custom-designed trails that showcase the Bronco family’s renowned off-road capabilities. The facility will also feature a Bronco basecamp with amenities tailored for a comfortable and immersive learning experience.
Ford emphasizes accessibility with this new location, aiming to make off-road education more convenient for Bronco owners across the eastern United States. With Tennessee joining existing sites in Nevada, Texas, Utah, and New Hampshire, 80% of Bronco and Bronco Sport owners will now have an Off-Roadeo location within 500 miles of their home.
Registration for the Bronco Off-Roadeo Tennessee is now open for Bronco, Bronco Sport Badlands, and Bronco Raptor owners. Sessions are scheduled to commence on October 4th. Non-owners and enthusiasts interested in the Half-Day Adventure experience can sign up starting in July.
Construction at the Tennessee site is underway, focusing on developing new trails and enhancing existing infrastructure. This includes a central pavilion for classroom instruction and group gatherings, ensuring participants receive comprehensive education on navigating challenging off-road terrains.
Ford’s decision to extend eligibility for Bronco and Bronco Sport owners to visit any Bronco Off-Roadeo location underscores its commitment to customer satisfaction and accessibility. This move allows owners of 2022 to 2024 vehicles ample time to participate in the off-road training program, reinforcing Ford’s dedication to enhancing the Bronco ownership experience.
